  • Valid government photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License) required for all adult guests.

Children & Extra Bed Policy

  • 0–6 years: Complimentary on existing bedding; 7–11 years: child supplement; 12+ years: adult extra bed charges as applicable. Maximum occupancy rules apply per room type.

Cancellation, No‑Show, Refunds

  • Flexible Rate: Free cancellation up to [X] hours/days before check‑in; thereafter [first night/full stay] charge.

  • Advance Purchase/Non‑Refundable: 100% retention on cancellation/no‑show/modification.
